Today, XIII International Forum on Industrial Safety hosted by GCE Group opened its doors in St.Petersburg Delegates from 14 countries presenting industrial leaders, state supervision agencies and intergovernmental organizations met in Holiday Inn Congress Hall to share experience and discuss burning issues of industrial safety.
First plenary sessions will cover the situation of Chernomorneftegas and main problematic issues after merging into Russian legislative environment and detailed analysis of modern surveillance, alarm and people-search systems applied during mine and other underground accidents.
PhD in Technical Sciences of Finnish Environment Institute (SYKE) - Mr Juoko Saarela and a Mining Engineer of the Kyrgyz Republic - Mrs Gulfia Shabaeva will present particularities of safety control over tailing management and mining-waste disposal facilities.
Parallel section "Tendencies and perspectives in the area of labor protection and occupational safety" is dedicated to legal control and regulations.
International Forum on Industrial Safety is held annually during the White nights period in St.Petersburg. Forum 2015 closing date is June 5, 2015.
